Mob's CR Opt In/Opt Out post

didnotlaugh This is going to be twofold, as the character is a minor (15) and also has a veritable bevy of powers. It should be noted that MOST of the time Mob prefers not to use his psychic powers at all - he doesn't think they're special and at the most may do small things like spin hot food really fast to cool it or stop fragile objects from hitting the ground if they fall. He especially doesn't want to use it to cause anyone harm, so if you're looking for a fight he's not going to be a great opponent as he'll left himself get beat up near to death without using them. Still, that's not to say in an environment that's going to be a huge toll on his emotions won't bring out some of the bigger guns.

For the most part regarding powers, it's rare for him to use them against people unless there's an emergency or he goes ???% but those situations will be hashed out OOCly beforehand.
